The naturopathic approach

You are not only different biological systems taken separately, you are a whole. Naturopathy intervenes with a holistic, in other words global, approach, which understands that all systems of our body are interconnected and act on and with each other. An indivisible whole in which physical structure, physiology and psyche (or mind-body) cannot be considered separately.

 

Health is a relative and personal concept; everyone does not start life with the same genetics or the same needs to be and stay healthy. If the composition of our intestinal microbiota can identify us as uniquely as our fingerprints, we need this same singularity when it comes to maintaining a state of well-being and handling the dysfunctions and symptoms we encounter.

 

Naturopathy aims to maintain the body's notion of vital energy. This energy influences the strength of our organs, the harmony of our emotions and the entire balance of the mind-body.

 

Negative emotions, inadequate nutrition, a busy lifestyle or one that simply doesn't suit us will act negatively and lower our vital energy.

The consequences are quickly felt through fatigue, nervousness and stress. When this continues, the normal functioning of the body is disrupted, this is where physical and/or psychological disorder sets in.
